AGRICULTURAL ECONOMIES
In parts of the developing world . People survive by subsistence farming only growing enough food for themselves and their families . With no surplus product ,they are unable to exchange goods for currency ,farmers have been encouraged to concentrate on growing a single crops for the export . This reliance on cash corps leaves farmer vulnerable to crop failure and to change in the market price of the crop .
