Billy Ray Cyrus caught wind
of Miley Cyrus' bong scandal and
turned to his Twitter fans for
emotional support.
"Sorry guys. I had no idea. Just
saw this stuff for the first time
myself. I'm so sad. There is much
beyond my control right now,"
he wrote on Twitter.
A video obtained by TMZ shows
the 'Hannah Montana' star
taking hits from a bong that was
reportedly filled with a natural
herb called salvia, which when
smoked has psychedelic qualities.
Possession of salvia is currently
legal in California. The video was
reportedly taken five days after
Miley turned 18. Image
According to the report, the
video was shot by one of Miley's
friends and it is very possible that
someone stole or copied the
video from that person's camera.
The video begins with Cyrus
taking a hit from the large bong
and immediately begins to feel
the effects of the drug. Soon,
she's seeing things that aren't
there, including her ex-boyfriend

The Cyrus' have been going
through a rough time. In
October, after 17 years of
marriage, Miley's parents, Billy
Ray and Tish Cyrus, filed for
divorce citing irreconcilable
differences. Rumor was that
singer Bret Michaels had an affair
with Tish, but the rocker told
PopEater he did not have an
affair with Tish and he's not the
reason Billy Ray and Tish are
getting divorced.
