Jogging is the most popular form of excercise in which an individual runs at a moderate speed . The intensity of jogging varies according to the individual's ability . The concept of jogging came into existance in the mid of 1960 s .millions of people all over the world started jogging for the development of endurance . Jogging is done for atleast three kilometre every week .
