KNOW CORRECT SITTING POSTURE :-
Now a days people sit for a long time on computer and hence the correct sitting posture is very important . While reading or studying in incorrect posture it can lead to posture deformities .
These following points kept in mind :-
1)always sit up with back straight and shoulders back .the buttocks should touch the back of the chair .
2)all three normal back curves should be placed normally while sitting .
3)distribute the body weight evenly on both hips .
4)the knees should be bent at a right angle. Keep the knees even little higher than hips . The use of a footrest or stool can be preferred . The legs should not be crossed .
5)always keep the feet flat on the floor while sitting .
6)try to avoid sitting in the same position for more than 30 minutes .
