GENERAL DESCRIPTION :-
The air around earth is called the atmosphere and extend to over 200 km above the surface of the earth.Different layer of earth is called by different names in ascending order,they are the troposphere,stratosphere ,mesosphere and the ionosphere.
The troposphere affects the weather while the ionosphere affects the navigation and communications when using electro-magnetic waves .
THE TROPOSPHERE :- nearly all of the weather changes occurs,and nearly all the water vapour of the atmosphere is contained ,in the troposphere,which extend to a height of about 8 km above the poles and about 16 km above the equator.
